Hierarchical recourse in the context of a documentary tax audit
Companies which receive a proposal for rectification after a tax audit on documents can exercise a hierarchical appeal. Within the framework of an audit or an accounting examination, a company can, in the event of disagreement with the auditor, request a hierarchical appeal. This option was extended last year to companies that receive a proposal for rectification after a documentary check. Note: a documentary check consists of tax officials proceeding from their office , to a critical examination of the tax declarations subscribed by the company with the help of the elements appearing in their files. The tax administration has just specified the methods of implementation of this new right. Precision: this hierarchical recourse is not does not apply in the context of an automatic taxation or assessment procedure, nor to direct local taxes.
Soon the prohibition of receipts for purchases of less than 10 €?
Systematic printing of receipts may soon be banned.As part of the bill on the fight against waste and the circular economy, currently under discussion in the National Assembly, the deputies approved (in committee ) an amendment to prohibit the systematic printing of receipts. More specifically, MEPs recommend a ban: - from September 1, 2020 for amounts less than € 10; - from January 1, 2021 for amounts below at € 20; - from January 1, 2022 for amounts less than € 30.
